The fifth invaluable lesson I've internalized is setting achievable goals for oneself. Throughout my life, I've grappled with meeting self-imposed deadlines, often resulting from setting unrealistic expectations for the time frame. We're bombarded with countless motivations daily, but there are inevitable days when motivation wanes. In the past, failing to achieve daily goals left me feeling disheartened, causing me to doubt my potential. It took some time, but I've come to understand that no goal is too big or too small. Whether it's a simple task like cooking a meal, setting achievable objectives ignites the spark to get things done. The absence of overwhelming pressure leads to a newfound enjoyment of tasks, resulting in heightened productivity.
