Goodbye

In my journey of self-discovery, the seventh lesson stands out as a beacon of wisdom: stop keeping up with other people's nonsense. I've endured years of letting others walk all over me, and the toll it takes is indescribable. I've come to understand that genuine relationships are built on mutual passion and respect. If you don't see that reciprocity, it's okay to walk away. Life is too short to invest in connections that don't value you in return. I spent far too long clinging to relationships that didn't want to stay, and it left me with only painful memories. But now, I've learned to utter that one simple word I once feared: goodbye. It's a powerful act of self-care that has allowed me to channel my energy into meaningful, reciprocative relationships, and it's brought a newfound happiness into my life.
