The second invaluable lesson I've acquired on my journey is to never undermine my emotions. Each feeling, no matter how irrational it may seem to others, holds its own validity. Life's intricacies are defined by perspective, and perspective is inherently subjective. If I'm experiencing a low point, it's crucial to acknowledge and express those emotions without reservation. If the people around me fail to understand or support this, it's a clear sign that they might not be the right company for my well-being. I've spent a significant part of my life suppressing my feelings and not prioritizing them. However, I've come to realize that these pent-up emotions are like a ticking time bomb, destined to explode when least expected. Hence, I've learned the importance of addressing them in the moment, sparing myself from potential emotional turmoil in the future.
